Upliftment and empowerment of rural women has been one of the major drivers behind all our endeavors. Refresh is our refurbishing arm where we train, employ, and remunerate rural women to produce sustainable items, which helps us promote green consumption. The mission is to provide financial independence to these women in the underdeveloped communities by provisioning them a means of sustainable livelihood. Women are trained in multiple batches across India, with the master training facility in Gurugram, Haryana.
